Following the publication of the IMO’s initial strategy in 2018 calling for a 50% reduction in shipping GHG emissions by 2050, LNG is now the cornerstone of the industry’s transition to cleaner fuels.

Increasingly recognized as the key bunker fuel towards 2050, confidence in both infrastructure and supply chains is increasing across the market to such an extent that, according to Xavier Pfeuty, we are now entering the crucial phase where the shipping industry is poised to make the big leap in LNG.
